Silver Edge Thyme

Silver Edge Thyme is known for distinct silver-grey leaves and white flowers. All plants get to be eight to 10 inches tall and, when added to your garden, they need to be placed 15 to 18 inches apart. These plants, in zones 5 through 9, need full sun and well-drained soil to grow, as well.

Recipe: Cherry Tomato Thyme

1 quart Cherry tomatoes
1 8 oz container plain yogurt
1 Tbs fresh Thyme leaves minced
1 tsp. fresh minced basil
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Halve tomato and scoop out seeds. Combine yogurt, thyme, basil, and Dijon. Fill tomato halves. And garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
